Morgan was one of the actors in the documentary film Safe Sex for Men and Women that focuses on AIDS prevention and education. The proceeds from the film went to the American Foundation for AIDS Research. She is part of the entertainment industry's AIDS Task Force. Morgan was the leader of numerous fund-raising efforts in support of the condition and been a witness in the Congressional Special Committee on AIDS Education. Morgan is on the Board of Governors of APLA, and of Amfar's Board of Directors. She has been asked to fill in for the Surgeon General who was formerly C. Everett Koop at related events involving AIDS. Steve Bell, a anchor for the news has presented an AIDS Awareness Special. Ted Koppell has interviewed her twice about AIDS in Nightline. Morgan has been nominated for an Emmy for the special Murphy Brown episode written by Diane English for her. Morgan co-starred on the ABC TV series Your Money or Your Wife alongside Joan Rivers. The summer started in the form of Murder At The PTA Luncheon which was produced by Von Zerneck/Sertner. Marla Gibbs and Cindy Williams also appeared. The next part of her project brought Morgan to Luxembourg and she was a part of the cast in the role of Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady in the production of Harmony Gold. Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee were also in the show. Morgan has also appeared in the psychological thriller "The Leading Lady" created exclusively by USA Network. This thriller garnered the best reviews of all time for that network.
